Longitudinal Seam Welder

Longitudinal Seam Welding Machine (ZF Series) is an independently developed high-precision automatic welding equipment, mainly used for longitudinal straight seam welding of workpieces such as cylinders, conical tubes and flat plate splicing. It is suitable for various materials including stainless steel, carbon steel and aluminum alloy, adopting key-press clamping mechanism and modular mandrel gasket design to realize single-sided welding with double-sided forming. It operates stably with high precision, realizes automatic operation relying on PLC control system, and is widely used in pressure vessels, aerospace, food machinery and other industries, which can meet mass production needs and effectively avoid welding defects such as burn-through and incomplete fusion.

    Welding length (covering 500mm-3000mm), applicable workpiece diameter and welding thickness: all are standard finalized products, which can realize longitudinal straight seam welding of workpieces such as cylinders and conical tubes, and are suitable for various materials and welding processes.

    The welding workpiece thickness of this series of equipment ranges from 0.5mm to 8mm, and the applicable workpiece inner diameter (minimum diameter) varies according to specific models, ranging from Φ75mm to Φ270mm, with a maximum inner diameter of Φ850mm (expandable with standard heightening block accessories), and different models accurately match the welding needs of different specifications of workpieces.


    he equipment has a variety of optional accessories, which can be flexibly selected according to actual production needs, including: 1. Loading and unloading trolley (manual, pneumatic or electric adjustment) for fast handling and positioning of workpieces; 2. Centering mechanism (manual or pneumatic) to improve workpiece assembly accuracy and ensure welding quality; 3. Automatic wire feeding mechanism, suitable for TIG and plasma welding processes, to improve welding efficiency and weld forming effect; 4. Arc length automatic tracking system to accurately track the weld position and reduce manual adjustment errors; 5. TV monitoring system to real-time monitor the welding process for timely parameter adjustment; 6. Customizable bed heightening blocks to further expand the range of workpiece welding inner diameter; 7. Different types of welding power sources (TIG, MIG, MAG, submerged arc welding) to meet the needs of various welding processes.
